WisDOT held meetings in March 2024 at which the I-41 project team presented an overview of upcoming 2024 and 2025 construction projects, shared a tentative construction timeline and provided an update on the noise barrier analysis and vote. Participants had three opportunities to attend – one virtual and two in-person.

WisDOT held an interchange business meeting in September of 2024 for the Ballard Road interchange area. The I‑41 Project team presented information on the 2025 construction schedule, traffic impacts and temporary business signage opportunities.
